We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with immaculate rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were incredible, including an elegant dining area and a beautiful courtyard. The location was perfect, as it was in a relatively safe area and only a short distance to the center of the city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Located just a short walk from the central square, this hotel is in a prime location for exploring the area. The elegant dining area provides a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying meals. Guests can also take advantage of the well-kept grounds and large palapa for exercise and relaxation.

The hotel had a beautiful garden courtyard and spacious lawns with a stunning view of the nearby volcanos. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any inquiries. The location was great, just a short walk away from the main square and close to restaurants and shopping.
There were some negative aspects during our stay. The jacuzzi in our room was broken and the swimming pool was not properly maintained.
